Pricing:
Design and Development drafting time will be $ 0.50/ sq. ft. of final design. Once the drawings go into the Construction Document phase any floor plan changes made at your request a drafting fee of $35.00 an hour will be charged. Below is a list of the drawings that are included...

What is not included:
Stamped structural engineered drawings or truss drawings.
Homeowner will be responsible for obtaining and paying for all building permits.
